Multi-Day Training
If you are looking for professional development for multiple days in a row, or multiple days over a period of time, this is also an option. There is great value in working with teams in multiple day options because it allows them to delve deeper into the content and to have more time to collaborate and plan for implementation. In Person Coaching and consultation
Kristin has been providing on-site coaching and consultation to settings for over 25 years. We all know how powerful training can be. We become inspired, re-energized, and creative ideas are sparked! And, we often return back to our setting and implementation of the new ideas just seems hard. We struggle with balancing current practice with trying new ideas. We can provide pre-recorded sessions to be made available for you to show your team OR we can provide Live virtual sessions to you and your team at a time that works for all involved. Online Courses
We know the value of being able to access professional learning opportunities at a time that works with your specific needs is important. We have put together a number of virtual online courses to help meet your learning needs. Each course will have an introduction, learning objectives, content that enhances your learning, reflective practice opportunities and either a takeaway or an activity to do. Upon completion of the entire course, you can receive a certificate of completion for your records. We listen to you and your needs and put together online courses that provide you with professional development around trauma invested practices.
